hzay Terms & Conditions

By accessing hzay.ws or any subdomain or associated service, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. hzay reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where such proof cannot be provided to hzay's satisfaction.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of hzay and its technology or content partners are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offer. hzay may require additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time as part of its ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each person may register and maintain only one account on hzay. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You agree to keep your registration details up to date and to notify hzay promptly of any change to your contact details or personal information. You are prohibited from:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using another person's details, with or without that person's consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during your use of hzay.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your hzay account, including sharing your login credentials with family members, friends, or any third party.
• Registering as an agent, on behalf of a third party, or as part of any organised syndicate or betting ring.

hzay supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your hzay account balance within seconds of payment confirmation. You acknowledge that:

• You may only deposit funds from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average, 24 hours a day. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. hzay reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• hzay does not accept cash deposits. All transactions are electronic and must be processed through the approved payment channels listed on the platform at the time of the transaction.

hzay is not responsible for delays, rejections, or errors caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking institutions. If a deposit or withdrawal is delayed for reasons beyond hzay's control, hzay will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter promptly and will keep the affected player informed.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by hzay are subject to the specific terms published with each offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses must be wagered at least once in full before any portion of the bonus or any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) applicable to each offer will be stated in that offer's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time as stated in each offer. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• hzay reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, removal of that bonus will only occur in cases of suspected abuse, error, or breach of these Terms.
• Using more than one account or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the relevant bonuses and any associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

All bets placed on hzay are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to that market, as published on the platform. In addition, the following general betting rules apply:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. hzay reserves the right to void a bet at any time where a technical error, pricing error, or corrupted data source is identified.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per day as specified in the relevant game or sport terms. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum, regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.
• Any bet placed using funds that were not legitimately deposited — including deposits subsequently reversed by the payment provider — will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

For cricket betting specifically, hzay follows standard international cricket betting rules including the treatment of abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, and the distinction between official match results and score-card results. hzay is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products. hzay provides the following tools to all registered players, free of charge:

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a lower limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to raise a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — players may activate optional session duration alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a defined period. These reminders are available from the account settings page.
• Cooling-off periods — players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used to place bets, deposit funds, or claim bonuses.
• Self-exclusion — players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being processed. Self-excluded players must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hzay and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or submitting false documentation to hzay.
• Use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over hzay or other players, including the use of odds comparison bots or matched betting scripts.
• Collusion with other players, abuse of bonuses or promotions, money laundering, or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.

All content on hzay — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, data, and layout — is the property of hzay or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from hzay without explicit prior written consent from hzay.

The hzay name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of hzay. Unauthorised use of any hzay trademark, including use that is likely to cause confusion as to the source or sponsorship of any goods or services, is prohibited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any hzay intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hzay's total liability to you in connection with your use of hzay — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your hzay account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hzay is not liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental losses or damages arising from your use of the platform.

hzay does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any defect will be corrected within a specific timeframe. hzay may suspend or restrict access to the platform at any time for maintenance, security, or regulatory reasons without prior notice and without liability to you. hzay is not responsible for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other loss arising from platform unavailability or technical error.

You may close your hzay account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided your account is in good standing and all KYC requirements have been met. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules and the resulting balance (win or loss) will be reflected before the final withdrawal is processed.

hzay reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time where hzay has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to hzay, other players, or third parties. Where an account is closed by hzay due to breach of these Terms, hzay reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of hzay that cannot be resolved through hzay's internal complaints procedure should be submitted in writing to hzay's support team in the first instance. hzay aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through hzay's internal process, you may seek independent legal advice. hzay does not submit to the jurisdiction of any specific court or arbitration body by virtue of these Terms alone.

hzay may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the date of the most recent revision displayed at the top. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes — such as changes to eligibility requirements, payment processing rules, or bonus conditions — will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of hzay after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using hzay immediately and, if you wish to close your account, contact support to initiate the closure process. hzay will not be liable for any loss you claim to have suffered as a result of your continued use of the platform following a Terms update you did not read.
